8 August: Just a sunny Sunday... May 23rd: Masterton 150th Air Display To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the founding of Masterton. The display featured aircraft of the Old Stick and Rudder Company as well as a Nanching formation, Airtrainers of the RNZAF Pilot Training Squadron and various agriculture types. Photographs by Philip Merry April 3rd: Round NZ Air Race The Round NZ Air Race had a lunch stop over at Hood Aerodrome during the Gisborne to Omaka leg of the Whenuapai to Wanaka race.
